職責描述： 1、負責實驗室測試方法/工裝的開發、審核、驗證、管理，制定相應實驗作業指導書 Responsible for testing method/fixture development, review, verification and management, working out testing working instruction 2、對實驗數據結果負責，做好試驗報告數據審核，對實驗報告進行有效管理 Responsible for testing data/result review of testing report, managing testing report in effective way 3、負責對不良測試項目進行科學準確的分析 Responsible for failure testing result analyzing in scientific and accurate method 4、負責外發實驗的管理工作，實驗室工作流程改進 Manage testing which needs external Lab support, responsible for Lab working process improvement 5、負責項目開發階段測試項目、方法的制定及客戶溝通 Responsible for testing item, method definition and communication with customer 6、負責如連接器、注塑件等產品的測量 Responsible for dimension measurement of products such like connector and grommet. 7、負責維護測量工具，規范測量程序 Responsible for maintaining test machine and improving test procedure 8、負責其他的測量工作和設備維護 Responsible for other testing work and device maintaining. 9、參與制定新產品測量方案并組織實施； Take part in editing test program for new component. 10、對本崗位的工作目標和工作計劃的完成負責； Responsible for work target and work plan. 11、完成上級交代的其他工作 Complete other work assigned 任職要求： 1. 熟悉實驗室相關操作規程，具備測試實驗室管理能力 Familiar with operating instruction of testing Lab, with capability to manage the Lab 2. 熟悉塑料件/連接器類產品的材料、機械、環境、電氣性能等測試規范和方法 Familiar with testing spec and method of Material, Mechenical, Enviornment, Electricial performance for plastic part/connector product 3. 能熟練操作和使用各種機械/環境檢測設備和儀器 Can operate various testing equipment for mechnical/environment test 4. 熟練操作三坐標測量儀、熟練測量程序編制，并會使用影像測量儀和其它通用量具； Familiar with CMM , test procedure editing, image measuring instument and other measuring tools. 5. 較強的動手能力，能夠自主/協調開發實驗所需相關工裝夾具 With strong handicraft ability, develop necessary testing fixture by selves and/or with coordinating 6. 能熟練識別圖紙和形位公差 Familiar wiht drawing and GD
