Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) and Six Sigma initiatives across business, development, and production areas, driving the creation of efficient, robust, and sustainable processes.
Collaborate closely with CI leaders in global plant locations to align, harmonize, and standardize improvement initiatives with a strong focus on defect reduction, process stability, and cost optimization using the Six Sigma methodology and toolset.
Ensure strong alignment between corporate strategy and all CI activities, including supervision of CI progress through the development and implementation of KPIs, reports, and performance dashboards.
Support the development of a company-wide CI culture by promoting global knowledge-sharing, facilitating Lessons Learned sessions and performing Six Sigma trainings.
Conduct in-depth analytical work, including root cause analysis (RCA), statistical modeling, data analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) to resolve chronic quality, performance, and efficiency issues.
requirements
Completed technical studies (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualifications, combined with solid experience in the above fields – Automotive preferred, other industries also ok.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification – NOT a must but need to learn when at Preh by Udemi
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Minitab – are preferred (or at least willing to learn) - if knowledge with other tools is available, we can discuss
Proven experience in leading and managing Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects, ideally within an international automotive environment or a similarly complex industry.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong problem-solving mindset paired with analytical skills
Good communication skills with ability to communicate complex statistical insights in a clear and actionable way to nontechnical stakeholders
Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
