Key Responsibilities
Order Operations: Execute component Purchase/Sales Orders in HP system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Demand Fulfillment: Monitor changes in ODM demand and coordinate with suppliers to secure on-time shipment
Logistic Tracking: Follow shipment and logistics status proactively to meet factory production requirements
Defect Returns (RMA): Assist ODMs and suppliers in managing return flows for defective parts and closing related documentation
Financial Exceptions: Investigate and resolve issues in AP/AR related reports (e.g., price variances, Qty mismatch.)
Knowledge 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標(biāo)進(jìn)行招標(biāo)采購(gòu)類(lèi)信息查詢(xún)
