Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Leads Management
- Manage 400 customer hotline and public email box and record all in-bound inquiries
- Dispatch in-bound leads to sales via C4C and track leads status
- Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of inbound lead management initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements
- Sales Relevant Platform Management
- Manage bidding platform and cross-BA/cross-division leads sharing platform
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Design email marketing campaigns and personalized content, to engage and convert leads
- Support in Wechat content preparation
- E-commerce Support
- Support daily operation for e-commerce platforms, ie 1688, Tmall and one portal
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communication
- Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Skills:
- Good communication skills to interact with potential customers
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM system, especially C4C
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills
