主要職責：
61 根據UBR采購政策，協(xié)調并促進所有采購申請的競標過程。征求合格供應商的報價及提案，協(xié)助采購經理對所有回標文件進行收集整理和評估。

61 .協(xié)助采購經理管理零星工程采購，包括但不限于工程范圍和要求的整理和發(fā)送，技術澄清答疑，現場踏勘，詢價比價，價格談判，項目進度的記錄，更新和跟進。

61 根據需求尋源和開發(fā)新的潛在供應商，完成新供應商的NDA簽署和背景調查，并在PMP系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建。

崗位要求：

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is required. Technical degree is a plus

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years commodity / Sourcing / Procurement experience required with 1-2 years of experience procuring highly specialized/technical commodities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Purchasing experience for technical services / construction projects is also a plus.

MS Excel: Advanced level of analytical capabilities. Ability to gather, interpret data from multiple sources and identify economic trends.
