Key job accountabilities:

61Design and execute clinical and instrumental tests: Independently plan, coordinate, and conduct skincare/makeup clinical and instrumental evaluations to support product claim substantiation and formula screening.

61Lead research initiatives: Spearhead knowledge studies and other innovative projects, collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to advance scientific understanding and drive product development.

61Develop and refine methodologies: Develop and optimize new protocols, methods, and expertise within the field of makeup evaluation to meet current requirements and anticipate future needs, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

61Analyze and interpret results: Critically analyze test results, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations to the lab team based on findings, driving data-driven decision-making.

61Ensure compliance and safety: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations and quality procedures, including regulatory guidelines, ethical considerations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

61Master’s degree or higher in Physics, Optics, Biology, Physical chemistry or medical image engineering, or related field.

61Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in skincare or makeup instrumental/ clinical evaluation.

61Good understanding of statistical analysis, proficiency with relevant instrumentation and software, experience with artificial intelligence techniques is a plus.

61Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward. Highly motivated, innovative, and eager to learn.

61Fluent in English (written and spoken).
