Responsibilities:
? Provide professional HR support to the Beijing and Shanghai offices by closely working Group HR and the major shareholder
? Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analysis as per request
? Support end to end recruitment and selection projects, talent pool building
? Support HR related projects.
? Support company’s HR activities.
? Keep close and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
? Provide advice and support to managers, supervisors and employees.
? Support remuneration analysis and GRNS materials as required
? Reporting, including but not limited to: Provide MMG monthly resignations name list, annual or off cycle MMG employees’ total remuneration and labour cost for each asset, for supporting CMC total remuneration review. Data support to expats ((such as reimbursement, annual leave commutation, special subsidies and other expenses).
? Support expatriates’ arrangements (such as visa application, alignment with the dispatch country)
Skills:
? Good at Microsoft Office
? Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
? Multitasking and deadline-driven
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Ability to work across different cultures
Knowledge:
? Understanding of HR and Safety legislation and practices in China
? Understanding the broad range of HR disciplines
? Bilingual Mandarin/English
Experience:
? Coordination of HR Projects
? Exposure to recruitment activities
? Experience in use or support of HR systems, i.e. SucessFactors, SAP, Pageup
? Bachelor degree HR or business-related field (preferred)
? 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, with good exposure to HR functions
