The role.? Cooperate/organize end users and consultants to implement IT
application systems (SAP new modules, PDM, CRM, Barcode, BW, EBP, Workflow,
etc.) according to IT roadmap.? Support end users to prepare/verify data for IT
projects.? Project management for some IT projects/tasks.? Provide daily
support to users after IT application systems go live.? Data
maintenance/cleanup with end users and ensure users operate IT application
systems properly.? Be the interface between headquarter support team and
company's end users.? Be the backup for the IT hardware/client/server/network
daily operation.? Other tasks assigned when need.
Your profile.? More than five years’ experience in the field of IT applications
? More than one project experience in the field of IT applications? Good
knowledge of ERP, SCM and Qliksense reporting systems.? Good knowledge of
business process.? Familiar with SAP SD; MM, PP module.? Good communication and
team building skills.? Responsible, earnest, careful, active and hard working.?
Good knowledge of SQL database? Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or
related field.? Good oral and written English communication skills.? Project
management experience.? Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7
wastes,5s, A3, Process Mapping.
