崗位職責
1、教材開發:根據市場需求,挖掘產品賣點,開發/內化在本地市場實戰性強的培訓教材和培訓方案,提升一線銷售人員的銷售轉化率
2、培訓開展:制定產品培訓計劃,并推動落地,及時監控、評估和改進,確保落地效果。
3、團隊賦能:根據市場銷售和產品推廣的需求,設計和開展針對銷售人員的賦能項目優化完善國家培訓體系,提升國家培訓團隊的專業性和工作效率
4、終端問題解決:通過走訪、溝通、站柜銷售等形式,及時發現終端產品銷售存在的問題,提煉、優化終端銷售打法,并推廣復制。
1. training materials development: according to market demand, explore product selling points, develop/localize training materials and training programs that are strong in local market, and improve the sales conversion rate of retail staff
2. training implementation: formulate product training plans and promote the implementation, timely monitoring, evaluation, and improvement to ensure the implementation effect.
3. team ability improvement: according to the needs of market sales and product promotion, design and carry out ability improvement projects for sales person to optimize and improve the professionalism and work efficiency
4.retail problem solving: through visits, communication, staying in pos, etc., discover problems in retail product sales, refine and optimize retail sales methods, and summrize experience then copy to other countries.
任職要求
1、本科及以上學歷,英語讀寫說俱佳
2、具備優秀的邏輯思維能力和溝通表達能力
3、熱愛銷售培訓工作,適應出差或派駐,有銷售工作經驗最佳
1. bachelor degree or above, excellent in written and spoken english.
2. have excellent logical thinking skills and communication skills
3. love sales training, suitble to business trip, with sales experience will be considered at the first prioprity.
