The role.
? Responsible Business Development function for Chemical branch development.
負責全國化工行業(yè)重點客戶的低壓電機業(yè)務;
? Be very familiar with chemical market, make marketing transparency and analysis, and define the more suitable G2M strategy.
熟悉化工行業(yè)市場，增加透明度并基于行業(yè)趨勢制定相應的戰(zhàn)略。
? Support and cultivate sales to develop new customer and business in Chemical Branch .
培養(yǎng)支持銷售開發(fā)化工行業(yè)低壓電機新客戶和新業(yè)務;
? Grasp business opportunities and increase LVM market share in responsible area.
在所負責區(qū)域擴大低壓電機市場份額。
? Keep familiar with Electrical Motor and Drives product, system, solution as well as branch technology.
熟悉電機及驅動產品、系統(tǒng)、解決方案及相關技術。
? Initiate, motivate suitable activities and keep track of progress and implementation in order to achieve the agreed targets and goals.
積極主動地采取行動，以達到既定目標。
? Others assigned Manager.
經理交辦的其他任務。
Your profile.
? Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical Engineering
本科以上學歷，專業(yè)電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關者優(yōu)先.
? 5 years working experience in Chemical Branch
5年以上化工行業(yè)相關領域工作經驗.
? Fully understand market trend and competition situation of Chemical Branch;
充分理解化工市場趨勢和競爭態(tài)勢.
? Willing to take initiative and active thinking.
愿意采取主動并且積極思考
? Integrity, honesty, and loyalty can work under pressure.
正直，誠實，忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力
? Quick learner and with good business sense
快速學習能力和良好的業(yè)務理念
? Basic English reading, writing, and speaking.
基本的英文閱讀、聽寫能力.
? Frequent business travels
能適應經常出差.
