1. 根據分廠供貨范圍,維護客戶對口聯系人信息,保持與客戶信息通道暢通
According to the scope of supply, maintain customer contact information, keep the information channel with customer smooth
2. 根據分廠客戶抱怨信息,到客戶現場分析確認抱怨或缺陷
According to customer complaint information of branch, analyze and confirm customer complaints or defects on site
3.根據客戶現場確認的抱怨,制定處理抱怨的臨時措施
Define temporary measures to deal with complaints according to customer complaints confirmed on site
4.根據分廠客戶抱怨,協調安排客戶抱怨隔離行動
Coordinate block actions according to customer complaints
5. 根據分廠分析抱怨產生的原因,跟蹤制定的措施及有效性
According to the analysis of the causes of complaints, follow up the measures and their effectiveness
6. 根據客戶反饋或抱怨問題,在生產現場的相應位置張貼質量警示
According to customer feedback or complaints, post quality warnings at the corresponding locations on the production site
7.根據分廠客戶零公里抱怨信息,分析,處理零公里抱怨
Analyze and deal with zero-kilometer complaint according to customer information of branch
8. 根據分廠質保領導要求,處理臨時工作任務
Handle temporary work tasks according to the requirements of QA leader
9.負責業務范圍內的預算及費用控制
Responsible for budget and cost control within the scope of work
10.監督外協件的質量績效和目標及其定期評價工作.
Monitor the quality performance and targets of the purchased parts and their periodic evaluation.
11.監督外協件來料檢驗的實施情況并推進其持續改善工作.
Supervise the implementation of incoming inspection and promote its continuous improvement.
12.監督并推動供應商的質量改善工作.
Supervise and promote supplier quality improvement.
13.監督并推動供應商質量問題的升級管理工作.
Supervise and prompt the escalation management of supplier quality problem.
14.監督并推動供應商索賠的工作.
Monitor and prompt supplier claims.
15.跟蹤、評價裝配外協件試裝并反饋試裝結果
Track and evaluate the assembly test of parts and feedback the results
16.維護PPQM系統中供應商數據庫
Maintain a database of suppliers in the PPQM system
17.接受領導臨時安排的其他工作。
Other temporary work arranged by the leader.
任職資格:
1.學歷:本科及以上。 Education:College degree or above.
2.專業:機械類。 Major:Mechanical related majors.
3. 經驗要求:5年及以上質量相關工作經驗;
Experience required: At least 5 years quality related working experience
4. 計算機操作要求:能熟練使用EXCEL,POWERPOINT,WORD等辦公軟件;Computer operation requirements: familiar with EXCEL,POWERPOINT,WORD and other office software
