Principal Responsibilities崗位職責:1 Design, improve current workshop assembly fixtures, tools to support the assembly process in more safe and efficient way.2 Lean activities with planning, implementation and development in projects model and tooling of Lean manufacturing3 Support operation in daily work to improve chain productivity with efficient, effective way including compilation of KPI4 Work across international teams with Europe and China5 Wastes elimination based on the value stream map analysis, such as, productivity increasing/capacity enhancement/space saving/material optimization6 Define and improve the working standard for cycle time, efficiency and productivity improvements by applying scientific IE methods blended with best manufacturing practice.7 Capacity planning and layout optimization in regarding to overall production processes flow’s synergizing and integration.8 Prepare periodical reports and review with relevant department and team (CIP, Capex and cost saving)9 Training for operation and set up the lean culture through 5S, Lean
